Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown before you pay. The price you pay is the one shown on the payment page.
Payment
Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details.
Your order
Your order is accepted when your payment goes through and you see the thank-you page. Jars are set aside for you for about 30 minutes while you pay.
If something sells out
If a jar sells out after you paid (rare, but possible at the last second), we will tell you and refund that item in full, including its share of shipping.
