Privacy policy

What we keep

For each order we keep the products, quantities, totals and the time it was paid. We do not keep your name, email, phone number or address.

While you check out

While a checkout is open (about 30 minutes, at most 90), we keep a scrambled form of your internet address and a random number your browser makes, so one person cannot hold all the stock. Both are deleted as soon as the checkout is paid or ends.

What Stripe keeps

Stripe takes your payment and collects your name, email, shipping address and card details on its own secure page, to process the payment, send the receipt and post your order. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/au/privacy.

Your cart

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. It is never sent to us until you check out.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics.

Your data

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or complain about how it was handled. [for a real business: contact details for privacy questions.]
