Refunds and returns

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If a jar arrives broken, leaking, spoiled or not what you ordered, contact us with your order details and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, including the shipping you paid for it. You do not need the original packaging.

Change of mind

For food safety we cannot take back an opened jar because you changed your mind. An unopened jar in its original seal can be returned within 14 days for a refund of its price; return postage is yours to pay. None of this limits your rights above.

How refunds are paid

To the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within a few business days of us agreeing to it.
